Deep Learning

Deep Learning (DL) is a subset of Machine Learning (ML) that uses Neural Networks to enable learning from unstructured data. Deep Learning is particularly useful for image and speech recognition.

One minute overview

Deep learning is a subset of machine learning that uses artificial neural networks to model and solve complex problems. Deep learning algorithms are designed to learn from large amounts of data and can be used for tasks such as image recognition, speech recognition, natural language processing, and more¹. The main difference between deep learning and machine learning is that deep learning algorithms can learn from unstructured data such as images, audio, and text without being explicitly programmed.
